1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Early Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least [96 hours] prior to the scheduled delivery date.

• Late Notice: Cancellations made between [24 to 96 hours] before delivery will only be eligible for a [50%] refund.

• Same-Day Cancellation: We cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds on the day of delivery, as the floral arrangement has already been crafted and the fresh flowers cannot be reused.

2. Order Amendments

• Changes to Details: To change the delivery address, date, or greeting card message, please contact us at least [24 hours] before the scheduled delivery.

• Last-Minute Changes: Any change of address requested on the day of delivery may incur an additional administrative and rerouting fee of HK$ [100-200]
